Accessibility Statement
Easy Business Ltd. is committed to making IzziGo usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technologies.
This Accessibility Statement covers IzziGo, including the izzigo.eu website, IzziMap, traveler and business interfaces, and IzziGo mobile applications where applicable.
Accessibility is an ongoing part of the development of IzziGo. We continue to review and improve the accessibility of our interfaces as the platform develops.
1. Our accessibility approach
IzziGo uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 as an important technical reference for improving digital accessibility.
Our current objective is to work toward a level of accessibility broadly consistent with WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable to IzziGo services.
This statement does not constitute a claim that every IzziGo page, feature or mobile interface currently conforms fully to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
2. Areas we aim to make accessible
When developing and improving IzziGo, we aim to consider accessibility in areas such as:
- keyboard navigation;
- visible keyboard focus;
- clear page and content structure;
- meaningful headings;
- form labels and instructions;
- accessible error messages;
- text alternatives for meaningful images where appropriate;
- sufficient text and interface contrast;
- usable text resizing and browser zoom;
- touch-target size on mobile interfaces;
- content that does not rely only on colour to communicate meaning;
- screen-reader compatibility;
- accessible authentication and account flows;
- consistent navigation;
- responsive interfaces across different screen sizes; and
- clear and understandable language where reasonably possible.
3. Keyboard access
We aim for important website functions and interactive controls to be usable without requiring a mouse.
This includes functions such as navigation, forms, account controls, dialogs and other important interactive elements where technically applicable.
We also aim to provide visible focus indication so that keyboard users can understand which control is currently active.
4. Screen readers and semantic structure
We aim to use appropriate HTML structure and accessible labels so that assistive technologies can interpret important IzziGo interfaces.
This may include:
- appropriate heading hierarchy;
- meaningful button and link labels;
- form labels;
- accessible status and validation information;
- alternative text for meaningful images where appropriate; and
- semantic interface structures supported by the relevant technology.
5. Text, colour and visual presentation
We aim to maintain readable text, suitable contrast and clear visual hierarchy across IzziGo interfaces.
Important information should not be communicated solely through colour where another accessible indication can reasonably be provided.
We also aim for website content to remain usable when users enlarge text or use browser zoom within commonly supported ranges.
6. Forms and account processes
IzziGo contains forms for functions such as:
- registration and login;
- traveler accounts;
- business listings;
- business offers;
- support and contact;
- privacy requests;
- content reports;
- appeals;
- programme applications; and
- business purchases.
We aim to provide understandable labels, instructions and validation feedback for important form controls.
Where a form cannot be completed because of an accessibility barrier, users may contact us so that we can consider an alternative reasonable method of completing the relevant process.
7. Authentication
IzziGo supports account authentication through available methods such as email and password and supported external authentication providers.
We aim to keep authentication processes reasonably accessible and to avoid unnecessary barriers for people using assistive technologies.
If an authentication method presents an accessibility problem, users may contact us for assistance where an alternative method can reasonably be provided.
8. IzziMap
IzziMap is a highly visual and interactive part of IzziGo.
Interactive maps can present particular accessibility challenges, especially for people who cannot use pointer-based interfaces or who rely on screen readers.
Where reasonably possible, we aim to provide important place and business information through interfaces that do not require understanding the visual map alone.
We continue to review map controls, search, filters, business information and related navigation for accessibility improvements.
9. Images and business media
IzziGo contains photographs, logos and other visual material supplied by IzziGo, businesses and other permitted sources.
We aim to provide suitable text alternatives for meaningful IzziGo-controlled images where appropriate.
Some business-supplied or third-party images may not currently contain complete alternative descriptions.
We continue to improve how accessibility information for visual business content is handled.
10. Video, audio and social media
IzziGo may include or link to video, audio or social-media content.
Accessibility of externally hosted content can depend partly on the third-party provider and the accessibility information supplied with that content.
Where IzziGo directly produces important video or audio content, we aim to improve the availability of appropriate captions, transcripts or other accessible alternatives where reasonably practicable.
11. Third-party services
Some IzziGo functionality depends on third-party services or technologies, which may include services for:
- maps;
- authentication;
- payments;
- external media;
- security;
- analytics;
- social platforms; and
- other external functionality.
We do not fully control the accessibility of independently operated third-party services.
Where possible, we aim to select and integrate external services in a way that does not create unnecessary accessibility barriers.
12. Business and third-party content
Some information displayed on IzziGo is provided by businesses or other third parties.
Although IzziGo may provide publishing and presentation tools, we may not control the original accessibility characteristics of every piece of third-party content.
This can include photographs, external websites, external documents and media supplied by businesses.
Businesses are encouraged to provide clear, accurate and accessible information where reasonably possible.
13. Mobile applications
IzziGo mobile applications may use native mobile controls, web-based interfaces or a combination of both.
We aim to consider accessibility across supported mobile environments, including matters such as:
- screen-reader labels;
- logical focus order;
- touch-target sizes;
- text scaling;
- mobile navigation;
- authentication;
- notifications; and
- important traveler and business workflows.
Accessibility may differ between operating-system versions, devices and application versions.
14. Known limitations and ongoing work
IzziGo is an evolving platform and some parts of the service may not yet provide the level of accessibility we want to achieve.
Areas that may require further review or improvement include:
- complex interactive map functionality;
- some third-party integrations;
- business-supplied images without sufficient text alternatives;
- older pages or components created before current accessibility improvements;
- some dynamic dashboard interfaces;
- mobile and WebView interactions;
- embedded external content; and
- documents or media supplied by third parties.
We intend to address accessibility issues progressively according to their impact, technical feasibility and the development priorities of the platform.
15. Accessibility testing
Accessibility review may involve a combination of:
- manual keyboard testing;
- screen-reader testing where available;
- automated accessibility checks;
- mobile-device testing;
- browser zoom and text-scaling checks;
- colour and contrast review;
- form and error-message review; and
- review against relevant WCAG guidance.
Automated testing alone cannot identify every accessibility barrier, so manual evaluation is also important.
16. No current claim of complete conformance
Unless Easy Business Ltd. expressly publishes a formal conformance claim following an appropriate assessment, this Accessibility Statement should not be interpreted as stating that every IzziGo service or page fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Our goal is continuous improvement rather than making an unsupported accessibility certification claim.
17. Accessibility feedback
If you experience an accessibility problem while using IzziGo, please tell us.
When possible, include:
- the page or feature where the problem occurred;
- the type of problem;
- the device and browser or application you were using;
- the assistive technology being used, if relevant; and
- what you were trying to accomplish.
This information helps us investigate and prioritise accessibility improvements.
18. Requesting assistance or an alternative
If an accessibility barrier prevents you from accessing important information or completing an important IzziGo process, contact us.
Where reasonably possible, we will try to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative or provide assistance with the relevant process.
