These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of IzziGo, including IzziMap, IzziGo websites, mobile applications, traveler services and related platform features operated by Easy Business Ltd.

Please read these Terms before creating an account or using services for which acceptance of these Terms is required.

When you create an IzziGo account and accept these Terms, you enter into an agreement with Easy Business Ltd.

Certain IzziGo services are governed by additional terms. In particular, businesses that create, claim or manage a business listing are also subject to the IzziGo Business Terms & Listing Agreement.

1. About IzziGo

IzziGo is a culture and travel discovery platform designed to help travelers discover destinations, local places, businesses, experiences, offers and cultural information.

IzziGo may provide services including:

destination, country, region and city discovery;
business and place listings;
IzziMap and location-based discovery;
traveler accounts and preferences;
saved places, collections and trips;
business offers;
direct inquiries to participating businesses;
cultural and editorial content;
business profiles and promotional visibility;
notifications and account-related communications.

The availability of individual features may change over time.

IzziGo is not generally the provider of listed travel services

Unless we expressly state otherwise, IzziGo does not operate the hotels, restaurants, tours, museums, wellness providers or other businesses displayed on the platform.

Those businesses are independent third parties.

IzziGo is not generally a booking agent or the party providing the travel, hospitality, cultural or other service displayed in a business listing.

Where a traveler contacts a business through IzziGo, any resulting booking, purchase, reservation or other agreement is normally made directly between the traveler and that business.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an IzziGo account.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

you meet the minimum age requirement;
the information you provide is accurate;
you are legally capable of entering into these Terms; and
you will comply with applicable laws and these Terms.

If you use IzziGo on behalf of an organisation or business, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf where such authority is required.

Additional authority requirements apply when creating, claiming or managing a business listing.

4. IzziGo accounts

Some IzziGo features can be used without an account. Other features require registration.

You are responsible for:

maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
providing accurate account information;
keeping relevant account information reasonably up to date; and
notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

You may use supported authentication methods such as email and password or supported third-party authentication providers.

You must not:

create an account using a false identity;
impersonate another person, organisation or business;
obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorised access to another account;
share or misuse another person's authentication credentials; or
create accounts primarily to evade an account restriction or suspension.

5. Traveler accounts

Traveler accounts may provide access to features such as:

saved places;
followed places;
collections;
travel preferences;
trips;
offers;
business inquiries;
location-based discovery; and
notifications.

Certain recommendations or displayed content may depend on factors such as your location, preferences, saved content or previous interactions where those features are enabled.

You remain responsible for deciding whether a destination, place, business, offer, activity or third-party service is appropriate for you.

6. Business users

Creating an IzziGo account does not by itself create or approve a business listing.

Businesses that create, claim, manage or submit a listing must also agree to the separate IzziGo Business Terms & Listing Agreement.

The Business Terms govern matters including:

business listing submission;
authority to represent a business;
listing information and media;
review and verification;
publication;
business plans and entitlements;
business offers;
promotional visibility;
business-specific suspension or removal; and
other business-specific rights and obligations.

If these general Terms conflict with the Business Terms regarding a specifically business-related matter, the Business Terms apply to that matter.

7. Business listings and information

IzziGo may display business information supplied:

directly by businesses;
by authorised representatives;
through integrations where applicable; or
from publicly available sources where permitted.

A listing appearing on IzziGo does not by itself mean that IzziGo owns, manages, certifies, endorses or guarantees that business.

Businesses may request correction, claiming or removal of eligible information through the available IzziGo procedures.

We may review, correct, restrict or remove information where reasonably necessary to maintain platform quality, comply with applicable law, respond to rights claims or enforce our platform rules.

8. Offers and direct inquiries

Participating businesses may publish offers through IzziGo.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

offers are created by the relevant business;
the business is responsible for the accuracy of its offer;
the business is responsible for the availability of its offer;
prices, availability and conditions may change;
IzziGo does not guarantee that an offer will remain available; and
displaying an offer does not automatically create a contract between the traveler and Easy Business Ltd.

Where IzziGo provides an inquiry function, information necessary to handle the inquiry may be sent to the selected business so that the business can respond.

A privacy notice may be displayed at the point of inquiry. Further information is available in our Privacy Policy.

9. IzziMap and location information

IzziMap may display:

business locations;
cultural places;
nearby places;
offers;
map information;
directions; or
links to third-party directions or mapping services.

Map positions, distances, directions and location information may contain inaccuracies or may change over time.

You should independently verify important location, accessibility, transportation and safety information where necessary.

Access to your device or browser location remains subject to your device permissions and privacy settings.

10. Ranking, recommendations and visibility

The order and prominence of places, offers or other content may vary.

Relevant factors may include matters such as:

relevance to a search or filter;
location;
category;
availability and completeness of suitable listing information;
platform quality signals;
traveler context or preferences where applicable;
editorial selection; and
promotional or paid visibility where applicable.

Where IzziGo offers paid visibility or otherwise allows businesses to influence prominence, further information is provided in our Ranking & Visibility Transparency page.

IzziGo is not required by these Terms to disclose confidential algorithms, fraud-prevention mechanisms, security systems or exact ranking weights.

11. Content submitted through IzziGo

Some IzziGo features allow information or content to be submitted, including business listing information, photographs and media, offer information, support communications and traveler inquiry messages.

Where you submit content, you must have the rights and permissions necessary to provide it.

You must not submit content that:

unlawfully infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual-property rights;
unlawfully exposes another person's personal data;
impersonates another person, organisation or business;
is fraudulent or materially misleading;
contains unlawful material;
promotes scams or deceptive activity;
contains malware or malicious code; or
otherwise violates these Terms or our Platform & Content Rules.

You remain responsible for content you submit.

Licence required to operate IzziGo

Where content is intentionally submitted for publication or display through IzziGo, you grant Easy Business Ltd. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, technically adapt, display and distribute that content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, display and promote the relevant IzziGo service.

You retain ownership of your content.

Additional rules applying to business listing content are contained in the Business Terms & Listing Agreement.

12. Acceptable use

You must not use IzziGo to:

violate applicable law;
interfere with platform security;
probe or bypass access controls without authorisation;
introduce malware or harmful code;
send spam or abusive communications;
manipulate platform metrics or ranking signals;
create fraudulent accounts, listings, inquiries or offers;
misuse referral, promotional, offer or visibility systems;
harass other users or businesses;
extract or scrape platform data in violation of applicable law or express platform restrictions; or
attempt to circumvent an account, listing or content restriction.

13. Content moderation and enforcement

We may take proportionate action where content, an account or activity appears to:

violate these Terms;
violate our Platform & Content Rules;
violate applicable law;
infringe third-party rights;
create security or fraud risks; or
materially harm the integrity or operation of IzziGo.

Depending on the circumstances, action may include:

requesting corrections;
returning content for revision;
restricting functionality;
hiding content;
rejecting content;
suspending access;
removing content; or
terminating an account where appropriate.

Where appropriate or required by applicable law, we may provide reasons for a moderation decision and information about an available appeal or complaint procedure.

14. Reporting content and appealing decisions

If you believe content on IzziGo is illegal, infringes your rights or violates our rules, you may use our Report Content procedure.

Where an eligible IzziGo decision can be challenged, an appeal may be submitted through our Appeal a Decision procedure.

Submitting a report does not automatically mean that the reported content will be removed.

Reports are reviewed according to the circumstances, available information, applicable law and relevant IzziGo rules.

Knowingly abusive, fraudulent or manipulative use of reporting or appeal systems may itself violate these Terms.

15. Intellectual property of IzziGo

Unless otherwise stated, IzziGo's own software, design, logos, trademarks, platform interfaces, original text, graphics, databases and editorial materials are owned by or licensed to Easy Business Ltd. and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of IzziGo intellectual property to you.

You may use IzziGo only for its intended purposes unless we expressly permit additional use.

16. Third-party websites and services

IzziGo may contain links or integrations involving third parties, including:

business websites;
social networks;
mapping providers;
payment services;
booking websites;
app stores; and
authentication providers.

Third-party services operate under their own terms, policies and privacy practices.

IzziGo is not responsible for third-party content or services merely because we link to or technically integrate with them.

17. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how Easy Business Ltd. processes personal data in connection with IzziGo.

Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used by the platform.

Optional cookie and service choices can be managed through our Cookie Settings.

Accepting these Terms does not mean that you automatically consent to optional cookies or promotional marketing.

Those choices are managed separately where consent is required.

18. Communications and notifications

IzziGo may send communications necessary to operate your account or provide requested services.

These may include:

account and security messages;
email verification messages;
support communications;
listing-related actions;
order or payment information;
privacy-rights communications;
important legal notices;
moderation decisions; and
appeal-related communications.

Promotional marketing is treated separately and may be disabled through available communication preferences or unsubscribe controls.

Disabling promotional marketing does not prevent essential account, security, transaction, privacy or legal communications.

19. Availability and changes to IzziGo

We aim to provide a reliable platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may:

maintain or update the platform;
introduce or remove features;
change technical requirements;
address security issues;
improve platform functionality; or
modify features to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

Where a change materially affects contractual rights, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.

20. Account suspension and termination

You may stop using IzziGo at any time and may request account deletion through available account controls.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

serious or repeated violations of these Terms;
fraud or misuse;
security threats;
unlawful activity;
repeated attempts to evade enforcement; or
legal or regulatory obligations.

Where appropriate or required, we will provide reasons and information about available appeal procedures.

Deletion of an account does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every record where limited retention is required or permitted for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or similar legitimate purposes.

21. Accuracy of platform information

IzziGo aims to provide useful and reasonably accurate information, but information may be supplied by third parties, changed after publication, incomplete, temporarily outdated or affected by technical or mapping errors.

You should independently verify important information where appropriate, including:

opening hours;
prices;
availability;
entry requirements;
accessibility;
transport information;
reservation conditions; and
health or safety requirements.

22. Third-party services discovered through IzziGo

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Business Ltd. is not responsible for the performance of travel, hospitality, cultural, wellness or other services supplied directly by independent businesses or third parties discovered through IzziGo.

Any concern relating to the actual accommodation, meal, tour, treatment, event, product or other service supplied by a third-party business should normally be addressed to that provider.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or restrict.

23. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Business Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from:

reliance on inaccurate third-party listing information;
acts or omissions of independent listed businesses;
third-party websites or services; or
temporary service interruptions outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, personal injury or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

24. Consumer rights

If you use IzziGo as a consumer, you retain mandatory consumer protections applicable to you that cannot legally be waived or restricted by these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove those mandatory rights.

If IzziGo introduces a paid service supplied directly by Easy Business Ltd. to consumers, additional pre-contract information, payment, cancellation or withdrawal rules may apply to that service.

Business plans, business visibility products and other commercial services purchased for business purposes are governed separately by the Business Terms & Listing Agreement and the purchase information presented for the relevant service.

25. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and the contractual relationship with Easy Business Ltd. are governed by the laws of Georgia, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply and cannot validly be excluded.

If you use IzziGo as a consumer, this governing-law provision does not deprive you of mandatory protections available to you under applicable law where those protections cannot lawfully be waived.

We encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve concerns directly.

Where applicable, statutory rights to seek assistance from a competent authority, dispute-resolution body or court remain unaffected.

26. Changes to these Terms

These Terms are version-controlled.

Each published version has its own version number, publication date and effective date recorded by the IzziGo Legal & Compliance system.

We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary because of:

new platform functionality;
changes to existing services;
legal or regulatory developments;
security requirements; or
clarification of existing provisions.

Where a change materially affects your contractual relationship and re-acceptance is appropriate or legally required, IzziGo may require you to review and accept the new version before continuing to use relevant account features.

Previous published versions are retained in our legal and compliance records.

27. Entire agreement and severability

These Terms, together with any additional terms that apply to a particular IzziGo service, form the applicable agreement between you and Easy Business Ltd. regarding your use of that service.

If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive our right to enforce that provision later.
