2. General standard
Content and activity on IzziGo must be lawful, authentic, reasonably accurate and consistent with the purpose of the platform.
You are responsible for information and material that you submit.
You must not use IzziGo in a way that unlawfully harms another person, deceives travelers, infringes third-party rights, compromises platform security or manipulates IzziGo systems.
3. Lawful services and content
IzziGo must not be used to promote, organise, offer or facilitate unlawful activities, services or content.
This includes content that is unlawful in the relevant circumstances or promotes activity that the person or business is not legally entitled to provide.
Where a business activity requires a licence, registration, qualification, permit or other legal authorisation, the business remains responsible for satisfying those requirements.
Publication on IzziGo does not constitute a governmental licence, professional certification or legal approval.
4. Identity and impersonation
You must not:
- impersonate another person, business or organisation;

- claim authority to manage a business when you do not have that authority;
- misrepresent your relationship with a business;
- use another person's identity or account without permission; or
- falsely suggest that IzziGo, Easy Business Ltd. or another organisation has endorsed or certified you.
IzziGo may request reasonable verification where identity, ownership or authority is disputed.
5. Fraud, scams and deceptive activity
IzziGo must not be used for fraud, scams or materially deceptive conduct.
Examples include:
- fake businesses;

6. Intellectual property and media rights
You must have appropriate rights or permission for content that you submit to IzziGo.
This includes:
- photographs;
- videos;
- logos;
- illustrations;
- business descriptions;
- trademarks;
- copyrighted text; and
- other protected material.
You must not knowingly submit material that unlawfully infringes another person's copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights.
If you believe material on IzziGo infringes your rights, you may use the Report Content procedure.
7. Privacy and personal information
You must respect the privacy and personal-data rights of other people.
Do not publish or misuse personal information where you do not have an appropriate legal basis or permission.
In particular, you must not use IzziGo to disclose another person's sensitive, private or confidential information in a manner that is unlawful or creates an unjustified risk to that person.
Traveler inquiry information must be used only for legitimate purposes associated with handling the inquiry unless another lawful basis exists for additional processing.
8. Safety and harmful content
IzziGo must not be used to publish or facilitate content that unlawfully threatens the life, physical safety or fundamental rights of another person.
Prohibited activity may include, depending on the circumstances:
- credible threats of violence;
- incitement to unlawful violence;
- sexual exploitation or abuse;
- human trafficking or exploitation;
- terrorist activity or unlawful terrorist content;
- targeted harassment;
- content facilitating serious criminal activity; or
- other unlawful material creating a serious safety risk.
Where we become aware of information concerning a serious and credible threat and applicable law requires action or notification to authorities, we may take appropriate steps.
9. Discrimination, harassment and abusive conduct
Users must not use IzziGo services to unlawfully discriminate against, threaten, harass or abuse another person.
Legitimate descriptions of the nature, audience or practical conditions of a service are permitted where lawful, but businesses remain responsible for complying with applicable anti-discrimination and consumer-protection requirements.
10. Spam and unwanted communications
You must not use IzziGo to send spam, repetitive unsolicited messages or deceptive promotional communications.
This includes misuse of:
- traveler inquiries;
- business contact information;
- referral features;
- support systems;
- reporting systems; or
- other IzziGo communications infrastructure.
Promotional communications must comply with applicable law and the recipient's communication preferences where relevant.
11. Platform manipulation
You must not attempt to artificially manipulate IzziGo discovery, ranking, engagement, referrals, analytics or eligibility systems.
Prohibited conduct may include:
- fake accounts;
- automated fake interactions;
- false referrals;
- repeated self-referrals;
- fabricated engagement;
- manipulating tracking or attribution;
- circumventing visibility rules;
- abusing promotional credits;
- attempting to defeat moderation controls; or
- coordinated deceptive activity intended to create false platform signals.
12. Accurate business listings
Business listings must not materially mislead travelers.
Businesses should keep important factual information reasonably accurate, including where applicable:
- business identity;
- location;
- business category;
- contact information;
- services;
- website links;
- important restrictions; and
- other information presented as factual.
IzziGo may return a listing for correction where information appears incomplete, inconsistent, misleading or unsuitable for publication.
13. Accurate offers
Offers must accurately describe the principal conditions of the advertised opportunity.
A business must not knowingly publish:
- a fake offer;
- an offer that is no longer available while presenting it as available;
- a materially misleading price;
- hidden material conditions intended to mislead travelers;
- false urgency or availability claims;
- an offer for a service the business is not entitled to provide; or
- an offer that otherwise violates applicable law.
If an offer expires or becomes unavailable, the business should update or withdraw it as appropriate.
14. Health, wellness and professional claims
Businesses offering wellness, health-related or other professional services are responsible for ensuring that claims about their services are lawful, accurate and appropriately supported.
Businesses must not use IzziGo to make fraudulent or materially misleading medical, therapeutic, professional or safety claims.
IzziGo's publication of a listing does not constitute medical, professional or regulatory approval of the business or its claims.
15. Security and technical abuse
You must not interfere with the security, integrity or normal operation of IzziGo.
This includes attempts to:
- gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems;
- circumvent authentication or access controls;
- introduce malicious code;
- probe systems without authorisation;
- abuse application interfaces;
- overload platform services;
- circumvent rate limits;
- interfere with security mechanisms; or
- use automated extraction in violation of applicable law or express platform restrictions.
16. Reporting illegal or rule-violating content
Anyone may report specific content believed to be illegal or inconsistent with these Rules through:
A useful report should identify the specific content as precisely as possible and explain the basis of the concern.
Depending on the type of report, the reporting form may request:
- the exact URL or other location of the content;
- the type of concern;
- an explanation of why the content is considered illegal or rule-violating;
- a relevant legal or rights basis where known;
- supporting information;
- contact details where appropriate; and
- confirmation that the report is submitted in good faith.
Submitting a report does not automatically result in removal.
17. How IzziGo reviews reports
IzziGo reviews reports based on the available information, the specific content, applicable law, these Rules and other relevant IzziGo terms.
We aim to make moderation decisions in a diligent, objective and proportionate manner.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- take no action;
- request further information;
- request a correction;
- return content for changes;
- restrict visibility;
- disable access;
- remove content;
- restrict a feature;
- suspend an offer or listing;
- suspend an account; or
- terminate access in serious cases.
18. Own-initiative moderation
IzziGo may also review content or activity without first receiving an external report.
This can occur through:
- administrative review;
- listing or offer verification;
- quality-control processes;
- security or anti-abuse signals;
- technical integrity checks;
- programme compliance reviews; or
- other reasonable platform-integrity procedures.
IzziGo may use technical or automated signals to identify content or activity for review. Such signals do not necessarily determine the final outcome by themselves.
19. Factors considered when taking action
The action taken may depend on factors such as:
- the nature of the violation;
- its seriousness;
- whether the problem can reasonably be corrected;
- the potential harm to travelers or other persons;
- whether the activity appears intentional;
- previous relevant violations;
- fraud or security risk;
- legal obligations;
- rights of affected persons; and
- whether urgent action is necessary.
We may use a less restrictive measure where it is reasonably sufficient to address the problem.
20. Statements of reasons
Where appropriate or required by applicable law, a person or business affected by a moderation or enforcement action may receive a statement explaining the decision.
Depending on the decision and applicable requirements, this may identify:
- the content or account affected;
- the action taken;
- the principal facts or circumstances relied upon;
- the applicable IzziGo rule or legal basis;
- whether relevant automated means were involved;
- the duration or scope of a restriction where applicable; and
- available appeal or redress options.
We may limit information where disclosure would itself be unlawful, compromise security, expose protected information or materially undermine fraud-prevention or enforcement measures.
21. Appeals
Eligible IzziGo decisions may be challenged through:
An appeal should identify the relevant decision and explain why the person believes it should be reconsidered.
Depending on the outcome, a decision may be:
- upheld;
- modified; or
- reversed.
Where applicable, IzziGo will communicate the outcome of the appeal and the principal reason for the decision.
Using IzziGo's internal appeal process does not remove any mandatory legal remedy that may otherwise be available.
22. Urgent action
IzziGo may act without advance notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary because of matters such as:
- a serious security threat;
- fraud;
- a credible threat to life or safety;
- a legal or regulatory order;
- serious unlawful activity;
- urgent protection of another person's rights; or
- a serious threat to platform integrity.
Where applicable, information about the action and available redress may be provided after the urgent measure is taken.
23. Repeated or serious violations
Repeated violations may result in progressively stronger measures.
Serious violations may justify immediate restriction, suspension or termination without first using a lesser measure where proportionate and permitted by applicable law.
Attempts to create new accounts, listings or identities primarily to evade a valid restriction may result in additional enforcement.
24. Misuse of reporting and appeal systems
Report and appeal mechanisms must be used in good faith.
You must not knowingly submit fraudulent, fabricated or malicious reports or use the systems primarily to harass another person or business.
An incorrect report submitted in good faith is not automatically abusive merely because IzziGo ultimately disagrees with it.
25. Business-specific enforcement
Additional business-specific requirements and consequences are contained in the Business Terms & Listing Agreement.
Business enforcement may affect:
- a listing;
- an offer;
- paid visibility;
- programme participation;
- business-dashboard functionality; or
- the business account itself.
Paid status does not exempt a business from these Rules.
Purchasing a Pro Plan or visibility product does not create a right to keep unlawful or rule-violating content published.
26. Ranking and visibility are separate from moderation
Normal differences in ranking, search position, recommendation or visibility are not necessarily moderation actions.
Information about how prominence may be determined is provided separately in our Ranking & Visibility Transparency document.
Paid visibility can affect prominence where applicable, but paid placement does not override these Platform & Content Rules.
27. Business corrections and verification
Where a problem appears capable of correction, IzziGo may return a listing or offer to the business rather than immediately remove it permanently.
A business may be asked to:
- correct inaccurate information;
- provide missing information;
- remove unsupported claims;
- replace unauthorised media;
- verify authority;
- clarify offer conditions; or
- provide other reasonable information necessary for review.
Failure to complete required corrections may result in continued restriction or non-publication.
28. Rights of other persons
Nothing in these Rules prevents a rights holder, data subject, consumer, business, public authority or other person from using another remedy available under applicable law.
IzziGo's internal procedures do not replace competent courts, authorities or other legally recognised mechanisms.
29. No general guarantee of monitoring
IzziGo may moderate and review content as described in these Rules, but we do not guarantee that every item of content is reviewed before publication or that every violation will be detected immediately.
Businesses remain responsible for information they submit, and users should report specific concerns through the available reporting procedure.
30. Changes to these Rules
We may update these Rules where reasonably necessary because of:
- changes to IzziGo services;
- new content or business features;
- new abuse or security risks;
- legal or regulatory developments;
- changes to moderation processes; or
- clarification of existing standards.
Where a change is significant, IzziGo may provide an appropriate notice.
If a change also materially alters contractual rights or obligations, the applicable Terms of Use or Business Terms process will be used where appropriate.
