Baghdati Estates is a family-owned wine cellar and vineyard in Baghdati, Imereti. The family’s wine story dates to their grandparents in 1923, while Baghdati Estates has operated since 2016. Its 0.2-hectare vineyard is managed according to organic criteria, without conventional pesticides, fungicides, or herbicides, and the winery produces traditional Georgian wines alongside rosé and red wines from local Imeretian grape varieties. Tastings, cellar tours, vineyard visits, and private or group experiences are available by reservation. The estate is a member of the Natural Wine Association of Georgia and Raw Wine Association.
