Brothers’ Cellar is a small, family-owned winery founded in 2015, located in the historic town of Bolnisi, just 60 km south of Tbilisi. Set in one of Georgia’s emerging wine microzones, the winery reflects a deep commitment to tradition, authenticity, and the art of natural winemaking. Producing around 10,000 bottles annually, Brothers’ Cellar specializes in qvevri wines crafted from a variety of indigenous Georgian grapes, including Rkatsiteli, Chinuri, Goruli Mtsvane, Tavkveri, Shavkapito, Asuretuli, and Saperavi. Each wine carries the distinct character of the region and showcases the richness of Georgia’s ancient winemaking heritage. The winery also tends its own organic vineyard in the village of Ratevani, where the Chinuri grape thrives. Visitors can experience genuine Georgian hospitality, discover unique wines, and connect with the passion and dedication behind every bottle.
