Business Terms & Listing Agreement
These Business Terms & Listing Agreement ("Business Terms") govern the relationship between Easy Business Ltd., operator of IzziGo, and businesses or authorised business representatives that create, claim, manage or promote a business through IzziGo.
These Business Terms apply in addition to the general IzziGo Terms of Use.
By accepting these Business Terms when submitting or managing a business listing or using a business service that requires acceptance, you enter into a business relationship with Easy Business Ltd. in your professional or commercial capacity.
The Privacy Policy separately explains how Easy Business Ltd. processes personal data. Acceptance of these Business Terms does not constitute blanket consent to optional marketing, cookies or other processing that requires separate consent.
1. About IzziGo
IzziGo is a culture and travel discovery platform operated by Easy Business Ltd.
IzziGo helps travelers discover destinations, places, businesses, offers and cultural information and may provide businesses with services including:
- public business profiles and listings;
- country, city, region or category discovery;
- IzziMap visibility;
- business offers;
- direct traveler inquiries;
- website and social links;
- photographs and business media;
- paid plans;
- promotional visibility products;
- business analytics or performance information where available;
- partner or referral programmes where separately offered; and
- other business promotion and discovery tools introduced by IzziGo.
IzziGo is generally a discovery and promotional platform and does not operate the underlying hotel, restaurant, tour, cultural venue, wellness service or other business displayed on the platform.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, agreements for accommodation, meals, tours, activities, products or other third-party services are made directly between the traveler and the relevant business.
2. Contracting entity
IzziGo is operated by:
Easy Business Ltd.
Identification Code: 400371842

3. Who may use IzziGo business services
IzziGo business services are intended for businesses, professional service providers, organisations and their authorised representatives.
When you create, claim, manage or submit a business listing, you confirm that:
- you are legally capable of entering into these Business Terms;
- you are the owner of the business or have sufficient authority to act on its behalf;
- the business exists or is otherwise lawfully entitled to offer the services represented in the listing;
- the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- you will not impersonate another business or representative; and
- you will comply with applicable laws and IzziGo rules.
If you cease to be authorised to represent a business, you must stop managing that business through IzziGo and notify us where necessary.
4. Public-source and unclaimed business information
IzziGo may display limited business information obtained from publicly available sources where permitted.
The existence of a public or unclaimed business profile does not by itself mean that the business has entered into these Business Terms.
These Business Terms become applicable to the business relationship when an authorised business user accepts them in connection with claiming, creating, managing, submitting or purchasing services for a business listing.
Businesses may request correction, claiming or removal of eligible public-source information through the available IzziGo procedures.
5. Business listing submission
A business listing is not automatically entitled to publication merely because information has been submitted.
IzziGo may review submitted information before or after publication.
The business is responsible for providing information that is reasonably accurate, lawful and relevant, including where applicable:
- business name;
- business category;
- location and address information;
- business description;
- website and social-media links;
- telephone or contact information;
- languages;
- photographs, logos or other media;
- accessibility or practical information;
- offers; and
- other information requested for the relevant listing type.
You must correct materially inaccurate information when you become aware that it is outdated or incorrect.
6. Review, verification and publication
IzziGo may review a listing for matters such as completeness, quality, authenticity, category suitability, compliance and platform integrity.
We may request additional information or reasonable evidence to verify a business or the authority of a representative.
We may:
- approve a listing;
- return a listing for changes;
- correct formatting or language;
- request supporting information;
- reject a listing that does not satisfy applicable requirements; or
- restrict or remove a listing where permitted under these Business Terms.
Publication does not constitute certification or a guarantee by IzziGo that every statement made by a business is independently verified.
7. Editorial preparation
Where a business submits information for publication, IzziGo may make reasonable editorial changes for:
- grammar and spelling;
- clarity;
- formatting;
- translation or localisation;
- consistent presentation;
- search and discovery presentation; and
- technical compatibility with IzziGo services.
We will not intentionally change the essential factual meaning of business information without an appropriate basis.
The business remains responsible for reviewing its published profile and informing us of material factual inaccuracies.
8. Available business plans
8.1 Basic Plan
The Basic Plan is permanently free and does not require a subscription fee.
Basic will not automatically convert into a paid plan.
The features included in Basic may evolve as IzziGo develops, but businesses will not be charged a recurring or subscription fee merely for remaining on the Basic Plan.
The current Basic features are shown on the IzziGo Plans & Pricing page and in relevant business interfaces.
8.2 Pro Plan
The current standard price of the Pro Plan is €149 for a 12-month term.
The Pro Plan provides additional business features and entitlements described on the Plans & Pricing page and during the purchase process.
The feature description presented at the time of purchase forms part of the description of the purchased service.
8.3 Elite Plan
IzziGo does not currently offer an Elite Plan for purchase.
If IzziGo introduces additional paid plans in the future, their price, duration and principal features will be presented before purchase and may be governed by an updated version of these Business Terms or additional service conditions.
9. Plan duration and manual renewal
Paid Pro access is provided for the applicable 12-month term shown when the plan is activated.
IzziGo paid business plans do not automatically renew.
At the end of the paid term:
- the business must manually purchase a renewal if it wishes to continue the paid plan;
- no new annual payment will be charged automatically by IzziGo solely because the previous term expires; and
- the listing may revert to the Basic Plan unless another valid IzziGo entitlement or programme benefit applies.
We may send reminders before or after expiry, but such reminders do not create an automatic renewal.
10. Plan prices and future changes
The current standard Pro price is €149 per 12-month term.
IzziGo may change the price of Pro for future purchases or future manual renewals.
A future price change does not create an additional charge during an already-paid active term.
The price and payment amount shown during checkout for a new purchase or renewal are the applicable purchase terms for that transaction.
Material changes to a paid service during an already-active term will be handled reasonably and subject to any mandatory applicable legal requirements.
11. Payments and checkout
Paid services generally require payment before activation unless IzziGo expressly provides another arrangement.
Before payment, the checkout process will display the applicable service, price and payment information.
Where the displayed reference price is converted into another settlement currency, the final payable amount and currency presented by the applicable checkout or payment process govern the transaction.
A bank, card provider or payment service may apply its own currency conversion or payment charges. Those third-party charges are outside IzziGo's control.
IzziGo may use third-party payment providers to process payments.
12. Refunds and cancellation of paid services
Refund eligibility for a paid business service depends on the relevant service, the stage of performance, the purchase information presented at checkout and applicable law.
Where a paid service has already been activated or performance of the specifically purchased promotional service has materially begun, fees may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable purchase conditions.
Nothing in these Business Terms excludes a refund or repayment where required by mandatory law or where Easy Business Ltd. expressly agrees to provide one.
Ending or removing a business listing does not automatically create a right to a proportional refund for an already-started paid term.
13. No automatic commercial-result guarantee
IzziGo provides discovery, listing, promotional and visibility services, but does not guarantee that a business will receive any particular commercial result.
In particular, IzziGo does not guarantee:
- a particular search or map position;
- a particular numerical ranking;
- a particular amount of traffic;
- website visits;
- profile views;
- clicks;
- telephone calls;
- traveler inquiries;
- reservations;
- bookings;
- sales;
- revenue;
- social-media reach;
- advertising conversions; or
- search-engine results.
Actual results can depend on many factors outside IzziGo's control.
14. IzziMap
Where a business plan or other entitlement includes IzziMap eligibility, the listing may be displayed through IzziMap subject to:
- sufficient location information;
- technical eligibility;
- listing status;
- applicable plan or programme entitlement;
- platform rules; and
- availability of the relevant map functionality.
Map position, map prominence and visibility may vary depending on user location, filters, map area, search context, technical factors and other applicable ranking parameters.
15. Business offers
Eligible businesses may create and submit offers through IzziGo where the feature is available.
The business is responsible for ensuring that an offer is:
- accurate;
- lawful;
- not misleading;
- available on the stated conditions;
- clear about important restrictions; and
- updated or withdrawn when it is no longer valid.
IzziGo may review, approve, reject, return for changes, suspend or remove offers according to applicable platform rules.
The business remains responsible for fulfilling any offer accepted directly between the business and a traveler.
16. Traveler inquiries
Where IzziGo allows a traveler to send an inquiry to a business, the relevant inquiry information may be delivered to the business so that it can respond.
The business may use inquiry information only for legitimate purposes connected with responding to or managing the relevant inquiry and in accordance with applicable data-protection and communications laws.
A business must not misuse traveler inquiry details for unrelated unsolicited marketing where it does not have an appropriate legal basis.
Additional privacy information is available in the IzziGo Privacy Policy.
17. Paid visibility and promotional products
IzziGo may offer optional paid visibility or promotional products separate from the Pro Plan.
Depending on the product, paid visibility may increase or influence the prominence, presentation or promotional exposure of a business in a designated IzziGo surface.
Purchasing visibility does not guarantee:
- a permanent position;
- a specific numerical ranking;
- exclusive placement;
- a specific number of impressions;
- clicks;
- inquiries;
- bookings;
- sales;
- revenue; or
- any other commercial result unless a specific metric is expressly guaranteed in the purchase description.
The applicable duration, placement type and other principal conditions of a visibility product are presented before purchase.
Further information about organic and paid prominence is available in our Ranking & Visibility Transparency page.
18. Ranking and relative prominence
Business listings, offers and other content may be ordered or displayed differently depending on the relevant IzziGo surface.
Main factors may include matters such as:
- relevance to a traveler query or filter;
- location;
- business category;
- listing status;
- completeness or suitability of information;
- availability of relevant features or offers;
- technical and quality signals;
- editorial selection where applicable;
- traveler context or preferences where applicable; and
- paid or programme-based visibility where applicable.
IzziGo may provide more detailed information about the main parameters and the ways businesses can influence prominence in the Ranking & Visibility Transparency document.
Nothing in these Business Terms requires IzziGo to disclose confidential algorithms, exact ranking weights, security controls, anti-fraud measures or information that could enable manipulation of the platform.
19. Business content and responsibility
The business remains responsible for content it supplies to IzziGo.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for submitted:
- business descriptions;
- photographs;
- logos;
- videos;
- trademarks;
- website content;
- social-media content;
- offer information; and
- other materials submitted for publication or promotion.
You must not submit material that:
- infringes third-party intellectual-property rights;
- violates privacy or data-protection rights;
- is unlawful;
- is fraudulent or materially misleading;
- contains malware;
- falsely implies certification or approval; or
- violates the Platform & Content Rules.
20. Licence to use business materials
The business retains ownership of its submitted content.
For content intentionally supplied for listing, display or promotion through IzziGo, you grant Easy Business Ltd. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, host, reproduce, resize, crop, format, translate, technically adapt, display and distribute that material to the extent reasonably necessary to:
- create and operate the business listing;
- display the business through IzziGo websites and mobile applications;
- display the business through IzziMap;
- present business offers;
- promote the business through IzziGo discovery surfaces;
- promote IzziGo and participating businesses through IzziGo social-media channels;
- include the business in IzziGo marketing campaigns;
- create platform promotional materials; and
- technically optimise content for relevant IzziGo formats.
This licence does not transfer ownership of your materials to Easy Business Ltd.
The licence continues while the relevant material is actively used through IzziGo and for a reasonable period necessary to remove or update existing promotional distributions.
Materials already lawfully incorporated into previously published promotional content may remain in archived or historically published materials where immediate removal is not reasonably practicable, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
21. Business names and trademarks
You grant IzziGo permission to display the business name, trade name, logo and other identifying marks supplied by or lawfully associated with the business for the purpose of identifying and promoting the business through the agreed IzziGo services.
IzziGo does not acquire ownership of the business's trademarks through these Business Terms.
22. Data access
Businesses may access business information and account functionality made available through the Business Dashboard and other IzziGo interfaces.
Depending on the available features and plan, this may include:
- listing information submitted by the business;
- business account information;
- offers;
- plan or entitlement information;
- visibility-order information;
- traveler inquiries intentionally sent to the business; and
- performance or analytics information where IzziGo makes such information available.
Businesses are not entitled to access personal data, confidential information or platform information relating to other users or businesses merely because they use IzziGo.
After a business relationship, plan or account ends, access to dashboard data may cease. Certain information may continue to be retained where required or permitted for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, contractual or dispute-related purposes.
Personal-data rights and account export information are described in the Privacy Policy and available privacy controls.
23. Third-party services
IzziGo may integrate or link to third-party services such as:
- payment processors;
- mapping services;
- analytics services;
- social-media platforms;
- authentication providers;
- advertising platforms; or
- business websites and booking systems.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and technical requirements.
IzziGo is not responsible for changes, outages, policies, account restrictions or decisions made independently by a third-party provider.
24. Website Partner Programme
If IzziGo offers a Website Partner Programme, eligibility, applications, benefits, warnings, suspension, removal and other programme-specific matters are governed by the separate Website Partner Programme Terms.
Participation in that programme is not automatically included merely because a business has an IzziGo listing.
25. Referrer Programme
If a business or other eligible participant joins the IzziGo Referrer Programme, programme-specific attribution, eligibility, credits, rewards, limits and other conditions are governed by the separate Referrer Programme Terms.
Participation in the Referrer Programme is separate from ordinary business-listing rights.
26. Privacy and communications
The Privacy Policy explains how Easy Business Ltd. processes personal data relating to business representatives, accounts, listings, inquiries, payments, programme participation and related activities.
The Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies, while optional choices can be managed through Cookie Settings.
Accepting these Business Terms does not automatically opt the business representative into optional promotional marketing.
Marketing preferences are managed separately.
IzziGo may nevertheless send communications necessary for:
- account security;
- listing review;
- required listing actions;
- order and payment information;
- plan expiry or renewal information;
- offer status;
- visibility-order status;
- programme administration;
- privacy-rights matters;
- important legal changes;
- moderation decisions; and
- appeals.
27. Platform rules and prohibited conduct
Businesses must comply with the Platform & Content Rules.
A business must not use IzziGo to:
- publish fraudulent or deceptive listings;
- impersonate another business;
- publish materially misleading offers;
- upload content without appropriate rights;
- send spam;
- misuse traveler inquiry information;
- manipulate ranking or engagement signals;
- abuse referrals, credits, promotions or visibility products;
- evade listing or account restrictions;
- interfere with security systems; or
- use the platform for unlawful activity.
28. Restriction, suspension and removal
IzziGo may restrict, suspend, return for correction or remove a listing, offer, account feature or programme participation where reasonably necessary because of:
- breach of these Business Terms;
- breach of the Terms of Use;
- breach of the Platform & Content Rules;
- materially inaccurate or misleading information;
- fraud or attempted manipulation;
- intellectual-property or privacy concerns;
- security risks;
- legal obligations;
- repeated failure to complete required corrections; or
- other serious threats to users or platform integrity.
Where appropriate and required by applicable law, IzziGo will provide a statement of reasons for a restriction, suspension or termination.
Immediate or urgent action may be necessary where there is a legal obligation, serious security concern, fraud risk, harmful activity, repeated violation or other circumstance in which advance notice would be inappropriate or legally unnecessary.
29. Termination of the business relationship
29.1 By the business
A business may request removal of its listing or stop using business services.
Ending use of a service does not automatically create a refund right for a paid service that has already started.
29.2 By IzziGo
IzziGo may terminate all or part of the business relationship where permitted under these Business Terms and applicable law.
Where mandatory law requires advance notice or a statement of reasons before termination of the whole online intermediation service for a business user, IzziGo will apply the legally required notice and procedure.
Where applicable, this may include advance notice before a full termination, subject to lawful exceptions such as legal obligations, urgent security issues, fraud, repeated material violations or other circumstances in which immediate termination is permitted.
30. Appeals and business complaints
If IzziGo issues an eligible moderation or restriction decision, the business may use the available Appeal a Decision process.
General business-support concerns may also be submitted through IzziGo support channels.
When submitting a complaint or appeal, the business should provide enough information for us to identify the relevant listing, account, offer or decision.
Using an appeal procedure does not prevent a business from exercising any mandatory legal remedy available to it.
31. Changes to these Business Terms
These Business Terms are version-controlled.
We may update them where reasonably necessary because of:
- changes to IzziGo services;
- new business functionality;
- new plans or programmes;
- changes to ranking or visibility systems;
- legal or regulatory requirements;
- security requirements; or
- clarification of existing provisions.
Where applicable law requires advance notice of changes to business-user terms, IzziGo will provide the required notice on a durable medium or through another legally appropriate method.
Where appropriate, we will provide at least 15 days before a material change takes effect and a longer period where reasonably necessary for businesses to make significant technical or commercial adaptations, subject to lawful exceptions for urgent legal, security, fraud or similar circumstances.
Editorial changes that do not alter the substantive meaning of these Business Terms may be made without requiring re-acceptance where permitted.
If a new version materially changes the contractual relationship, IzziGo may require the business representative to review and accept the new version before continuing relevant business functions.
32. Availability and technical changes
IzziGo aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may perform:
- maintenance;
- security updates;
- technical migrations;
- performance improvements;
- feature changes; or
- changes required by third-party providers or applicable law.
Temporary interruption or modification of a feature does not by itself guarantee compensation, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed for the relevant paid service.
33. Limitation of responsibility
IzziGo provides business listing, discovery and promotional tools but does not control traveler decisions, search-engine algorithms, social-media algorithms, third-party advertising platforms, booking platforms or market demand.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Business Ltd. is not responsible for losses arising solely from:
- failure to obtain a specific commercial result;
- traveler decisions not to contact or purchase from a business;
- third-party platform or algorithm changes;
- inaccurate information supplied by the business;
- unauthorised content supplied by the business;
- temporary interruptions outside our reasonable control; or
- acts or omissions of independent third parties.
Nothing in these Business Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
34. Indemnification for business-supplied material
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the business is responsible for claims arising from material it submits where the claim results from the business's breach of these Business Terms, unlawful conduct, materially misleading information or lack of necessary rights or permissions.
This provision does not make the business responsible for modifications or uses made independently by IzziGo outside the licence granted under these Business Terms.
35. Force majeure and events outside reasonable control
Neither party will be treated as breaching these Business Terms solely because performance is delayed or prevented by circumstances outside its reasonable control, to the extent recognised by applicable law.
Such circumstances may include major infrastructure failures, widespread internet outages, natural disasters, governmental actions, war, civil disturbance or significant third-party service outages.
This provision does not excuse payment obligations for services already properly supplied unless applicable law provides otherwise.
36. Governing law
These Business Terms and the contractual relationship between the business and Easy Business Ltd. are governed by the laws of Georgia.
This choice of law applies subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law that cannot validly be excluded by agreement.
37. Jurisdiction and dispute resolution
The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute directly through IzziGo's support or complaint procedures.
If a dispute cannot be resolved, disputes arising from or relating to these Business Terms shall be subject to the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, unless mandatory applicable law requires another forum or does not permit that jurisdiction agreement.
The parties may also agree to mediation or another appropriate dispute-resolution method where both parties consider it useful.
Nothing in this section removes a mandatory legal remedy that cannot validly be waived.
38. Relationship of the parties
These Business Terms do not create:
- an employment relationship;
- a partnership;
- a joint venture;
- a franchise;
- a general agency relationship; or
- authority for the business to bind Easy Business Ltd.
The business remains an independent business or professional provider.
39. Assignment and transfer
A business should not transfer control of a business account or listing to an unrelated third party in a way that misrepresents the identity or ownership of the listed business.
Where business ownership or authorised representation changes, IzziGo may require reasonable verification before transferring administrative control.
Easy Business Ltd. may transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a genuine corporate restructuring, merger, transfer of the IzziGo business or similar lawful transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate notice where required.
40. Entire agreement and order of documents
These Business Terms apply together with:
- the IzziGo Terms of Use;
- the purchase information for a paid service;
- applicable programme-specific terms; and
- other expressly applicable service conditions.
The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy are transparency documents and do not become contractual consent merely because these Business Terms are accepted.
If a programme-specific term conflicts with these Business Terms regarding that specific programme, the programme-specific term applies to that matter.
If a paid purchase description contains a specific service duration, placement or entitlement that differs from a general description in these Business Terms, the specific purchase description applies to that purchase unless prohibited by law.
41. Severability
If any provision of these Business Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced only to the extent necessary to achieve a lawful result that most closely reflects its intended purpose.
42. No waiver
If Easy Business Ltd. does not enforce a provision immediately, that does not automatically waive the right to enforce that provision later.
A waiver relating to one event does not automatically apply to another event.
43. Acceptance and evidence
IzziGo records acceptance of these Business Terms through its Legal & Compliance system.
The acceptance record may identify:
- the applicable business user;
- the relevant business listing;
- the accepted document version;
- the integrity hash of the published document;
- the acceptance flow or source; and
- the date and time of acceptance.
This evidence is maintained for contractual, legal, security and compliance purposes subject to applicable retention requirements.
Where a materially changed version requires re-acceptance, IzziGo may prevent relevant business actions until the current version is accepted.
