Referrer Programme Terms
These Referrer Programme Terms ("Programme Terms") govern participation in the IzziGo Referrer Programme ("Programme") operated by Easy Business Ltd..
The Programme allows eligible participants to introduce businesses or other eligible participants to IzziGo and, where the applicable Programme conditions are satisfied, receive non-cash IzziGo rewards such as credits, vouchers, plan benefits, visibility benefits or other expressly stated Programme benefits.
These Programme Terms apply in addition to the IzziGo Terms of Use and, where applicable, the Business Terms & Listing Agreement.
By applying to participate in the Programme and accepting these Programme Terms, you agree to comply with them.
1. Programme operator
The IzziGo Referrer Programme is operated by:
Easy Business Ltd.
Identification Code: 400371842
Teimuraz Bochorishvili N3
Tbilisi, Georgia
Website: izzigo.eu
Email: info@izzigo.eu
2. Purpose of the Programme
The Programme is intended to encourage legitimate introductions of suitable businesses to IzziGo.
Depending on the Programme configuration, participants may be able to:
- receive or share a referral code or referral link;
- introduce an eligible business to IzziGo;
- receive Programme credit when a qualifying referral is completed;
- use eligible credit toward IzziGo plans or visibility services;
- receive another non-cash Programme benefit expressly offered by IzziGo; and
- view relevant referral or reward information through an available IzziGo interface.
3. Eligibility to participate
Participation is subject to IzziGo approval and any eligibility conditions presented in the Programme.
A participant must:
- have a valid IzziGo account where required;
- provide accurate Programme information;
- be legally capable of entering into these Programme Terms;
- have authority to act for an organisation where applying on its behalf;
- comply with applicable law;
- comply with the IzziGo Terms of Use and Platform & Content Rules; and
- not participate primarily for fraudulent, artificial or abusive referral activity.
IzziGo may refuse or restrict Programme participation where reasonable eligibility, fraud, security or compliance concerns exist.
4. Application and approval
Where Programme approval is required, submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
IzziGo may review information such as:
- the applicant's IzziGo account;
- the applicant's relationship to a business where relevant;
- Programme history;
- fraud or abuse signals;
- previous Programme restrictions; and
- other information reasonably necessary to assess eligibility.
IzziGo may request additional information before approving an application.
5. Referral codes and links
IzziGo may assign a participant a referral code, referral link or another attribution mechanism.
A referral code or link:
- remains associated with the applicable Programme participant;
- must not be altered or used deceptively;
- must not be used to impersonate IzziGo;
- must not be presented as an official discount unless IzziGo expressly identifies it as such;
- must not be sold or transferred without IzziGo's permission; and
- may be disabled where Programme participation ends or abuse is detected.
6. What counts as a referral
A referral exists when an eligible new business or other eligible participant is attributed to the referrer through a method recognised by the IzziGo Programme.
Depending on the relevant flow, attribution may be established through:
- a referral link;
- a referral code entered during an eligible registration or onboarding process;
- eligible browser-based referral attribution where the visitor has permitted the relevant optional technology; or
- another attribution method expressly supported by IzziGo.
Simply sending someone an IzziGo link does not by itself guarantee that the referral will qualify for a reward.
7. Qualifying referrals
A referral becomes qualifying only when the conditions applicable to the relevant Programme reward have been satisfied.
Conditions may include matters such as:
- the referred person or business being new to the applicable IzziGo referral flow;
- valid referral attribution;
- successful account creation where required;
- successful business listing creation or publication where required;
- purchase of an eligible business plan where that reward is linked to a paid plan;
- expiration of any applicable validation or fraud-review period;
- the transaction not being refunded, reversed or cancelled where relevant; and
- compliance with these Programme Terms.
The exact qualifying event for a particular reward is the event described in the Programme interface or offer applicable at the time.
8. No reward merely for sending traffic
IzziGo does not guarantee a reward merely because:
- a referral link was clicked;
- a website was visited;
- a referral cookie was created;
- a person started registration;
- a business started but did not complete a listing;
- an ineligible or duplicate business registered; or
- a transaction was later cancelled, reversed or refunded.
A reward becomes available only when the applicable qualifying conditions are satisfied.
9. Referral attribution period
Where IzziGo uses browser-based referral attribution, the current first-party referral attribution period is 30 days.
This means an eligible browser attribution may remain available for up to 30 days from the applicable referral interaction, subject to:
- the visitor's cookie and privacy choices;
- browser settings;
- the referral data remaining available;
- the referral not being superseded or invalidated according to Programme rules; and
- the qualifying event occurring within the applicable attribution conditions.
The 30-day attribution period does not guarantee that a particular referral will qualify for a reward.
10. Referral cookies and consent
Browser-based referral attribution is separate from acceptance of these Programme Terms.
The IzziGo referral cookie izzigo_ref_data is controlled through the applicable Marketing consent category.
If Marketing consent is not allowed:
- IzziGo does not create the optional browser-based referral attribution cookie; and
- the participant must not claim that acceptance of Programme Terms automatically activates referral tracking.
Changing cookie consent may therefore affect browser-based attribution.
Further information is available in the Cookie Policy and Cookie Settings.
11. Direct referral codes
Where IzziGo permits an eligible person to enter a referral code directly during registration or another supported flow, attribution may be recorded through that user-provided code independently of optional browser-based referral storage where technically supported.
The code must still satisfy applicable Programme validation and anti-abuse requirements.
12. Referral conflicts
Where multiple potential referrers claim the same referred business or participant, IzziGo may apply its recorded attribution data and Programme rules to determine which referral, if any, qualifies.
IzziGo is not required to grant multiple rewards for the same qualifying event unless the applicable Programme offer expressly provides otherwise.
13. Programme rewards
IzziGo Programme rewards are normally non-cash benefits.
Depending on the current Programme configuration, a reward may consist of:
- IzziGo credit;
- a voucher;
- a discount or credit toward an eligible business plan;
- a visibility credit;
- a temporary visibility benefit;
- a plan-related benefit; or
- another non-cash IzziGo benefit clearly identified in the Programme.
The applicable Programme interface or reward offer will describe the reward available for the relevant qualifying event.
14. No cash commission
Unless Easy Business Ltd. expressly enters into a separate written agreement stating otherwise, participation in the Referrer Programme does not create a right to:
- cash commission;
- salary;
- financial remuneration;
- bank transfer;
- cash withdrawal;
- conversion of Programme credit into money; or
- payment of the monetary face value of unused Programme benefits.
Programme credits and vouchers have value only for the IzziGo services or purposes for which they are expressly made available.
15. Reward value
The value of a reward is the value shown in the applicable Programme interface, campaign or reward offer at the time the qualifying event occurs.
IzziGo may offer different reward values for different qualifying events, campaigns, services or periods.
A previous reward value does not create a permanent entitlement to receive the same value for future referrals.
16. Reward credits
Where a reward is provided as IzziGo credit, that credit may be restricted to specified IzziGo services.
Depending on the reward, credit may be usable toward:
- a Pro Plan purchase or renewal;
- an eligible visibility product;
- another expressly identified IzziGo business service; or
- a combination permitted by the Programme interface.
A credit cannot be used outside the purposes for which IzziGo makes it available.
17. Free Basic Plan
The IzziGo Basic business plan is permanently free.
Referral Programme credits do not create a cash value merely because the referred business could otherwise use a free Basic Plan.
Where a reward relates to a paid service, its permitted use will be shown in the relevant Programme or account interface.
18. Pro Plan rewards or credits
Where Programme credit is eligible for use toward an IzziGo Pro Plan, it may reduce the amount payable for an eligible manual purchase or renewal according to the conditions shown when the credit is used.
Programme credit does not create an automatic paid subscription or automatic renewal.
IzziGo paid business plans require manual renewal unless expressly stated otherwise in an applicable future service.
19. Visibility rewards or credits
A Programme reward may include or be usable toward an eligible IzziGo visibility service.
A visibility reward may increase promotional exposure according to the conditions of the applicable visibility product.
It does not guarantee:
- a specific numerical ranking;
- first position;
- exclusive placement;
- a specific number of impressions;
- clicks;
- inquiries;
- bookings;
- sales;
- revenue; or
- another commercial result.
Further information is available in Ranking & Visibility Transparency.
20. Reward expiry
A Programme reward, credit or voucher may have an expiry date where that condition is clearly communicated when the reward is granted or displayed.
If an expiry date applies, unused benefits may expire after that date.
Expired Programme benefits do not create a right to cash compensation.
21. Reward corrections
IzziGo may correct or reverse a Programme reward where it was granted because of:
- a technical error;
- duplicate attribution;
- a cancelled or refunded qualifying transaction;
- fraud;
- self-referral abuse;
- false information;
- manipulation of attribution;
- a later determination that the qualifying conditions were not satisfied; or
- another material Programme error.
Where appropriate, IzziGo may provide information explaining the correction.
22. Self-referrals
Participants must not use the Programme to generate artificial rewards through self-referral.
Examples of prohibited self-referral abuse may include:
- referring your own existing business as though it were an unrelated new referral;
- creating additional accounts to obtain multiple rewards;
- using controlled identities or businesses solely to trigger Programme benefits;
- repeatedly cancelling and recreating accounts or purchases; or
- coordinating artificial referrals whose primary purpose is obtaining Programme credit.
IzziGo may distinguish legitimate relationships involving multiple genuine businesses from artificial self-referral activity based on the circumstances.
23. Duplicate and existing businesses
A referral may be ineligible where the referred business:
- already has an IzziGo listing;
- already has an existing account or relationship relevant to the referral;
- was already attributed to another eligible referrer;
- is a duplicate of an existing business; or
- does not satisfy the applicable new-referral requirement.
The applicable Programme interface may provide more specific eligibility conditions for a particular reward.
24. Fraud and manipulation
Participants must not:
- create fake referrals;
- use bots or automated fake traffic;
- submit invented business information;
- impersonate another business;
- manipulate referral cookies or codes;
- interfere with attribution systems;
- create fraudulent purchases;
- mislead businesses about IzziGo;
- misrepresent the value or nature of a reward;
- offer unlawful incentives;
- spam potential referrals; or
- otherwise attempt to obtain Programme rewards through deceptive activity.
25. Referral communications and outreach
Participants are responsible for how they communicate their referral code or link.
A participant must not:
- send unlawful unsolicited marketing;
- send spam;
- misrepresent themselves as an IzziGo employee;
- falsely state that IzziGo has selected or approved a business;
- make promises that IzziGo has not authorised;
- make misleading claims about plans, pricing or visibility;
- use deceptive subject lines or identities; or
- violate applicable privacy or electronic-communications rules.
Participants remain responsible for complying with laws applicable to their own outreach.
26. Use of IzziGo branding
Participation does not grant a general right to use IzziGo trademarks, logos or brand materials.
Where IzziGo provides approved referral materials, participants may use them only:
- for legitimate Programme promotion;
- in accordance with supplied brand instructions;
- without materially altering their meaning; and
- without implying a relationship broader than actual Programme participation.
IzziGo branding remains owned by or licensed to Easy Business Ltd.
27. No agency or authority
A referrer is not authorised to negotiate, enter into agreements or make binding commitments on behalf of Easy Business Ltd.
Participation does not create:
- employment;
- a partnership;
- a joint venture;
- a franchise;
- a general agency relationship; or
- authority to represent yourself as an employee or authorised legal representative of IzziGo.
28. Programme status and restrictions
IzziGo may review Programme participation where there are reasonable fraud, eligibility, legal, security or rule-compliance concerns.
Depending on the circumstances, IzziGo may:
- request additional information;
- temporarily hold a reward;
- correct an attribution;
- reject an invalid referral;
- issue a warning;
- restrict Programme features;
- suspend Programme participation; or
- remove a participant from the Programme.
29. Suspension or removal
Programme participation may be suspended or terminated because of matters such as:
- fraud;
- repeated invalid referrals;
- self-referral abuse;
- manipulation of tracking;
- spam;
- misrepresentation of IzziGo;
- breach of these Programme Terms;
- breach of the Platform & Content Rules;
- security concerns;
- legal requirements; or
- other serious Programme abuse.
Serious fraud or security concerns may justify immediate restriction.
30. Effect of Programme termination
When participation ends:
- the participant may lose access to referral tools;
- the referral code may be disabled;
- new referrals may no longer be attributed;
- unqualified pending rewards may be cancelled;
- fraudulent or invalid rewards may be reversed; and
- valid rewards already earned may remain subject to their original conditions and expiry, unless applicable law or the reason for termination permits otherwise.
31. Voluntary withdrawal
A participant may stop participating in the Programme through an available Programme control or by contacting IzziGo.
Withdrawal prevents future participation but does not automatically convert unused Programme benefits into cash.
32. Taxes
Participants remain responsible for determining and meeting any tax, accounting or reporting obligations applicable to rewards they receive.
Easy Business Ltd. may maintain Programme and transaction records where necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or contractual purposes.
33. Privacy
IzziGo may process personal data relating to the Programme for purposes such as:
- application review;
- participant identification;
- referral attribution;
- reward administration;
- fraud and abuse prevention;
- Programme communications;
- accounting;
- complaints and appeals; and
- legal record keeping.
Further information is available in the Privacy Policy.
Accepting these Programme Terms does not automatically constitute consent to optional marketing or referral cookies.
34. Programme communications
IzziGo may send communications necessary to administer Programme participation, including information about:
- application status;
- referral status;
- qualifying events;
- reward grants;
- reward expiry;
- corrections;
- Programme warnings;
- restrictions;
- changes requiring action; and
- other Programme administration.
These essential Programme communications are separate from optional promotional marketing.
35. Appeals
Where an eligible Programme restriction or decision can be challenged through IzziGo's governance system, the participant may use:
An eligible appeal outcome may:
- uphold the original decision;
- modify the decision; or
- reverse the decision.
The internal appeal process does not remove any mandatory legal remedy otherwise available.
36. Changes to rewards and Programme rules
IzziGo may modify future Programme rewards, eligibility criteria and qualifying conditions.
This may include changes to:
- reward values;
- eligible services;
- referral qualification;
- attribution methods;
- reward expiry;
- Programme limits;
- available referral tools; or
- future Programme campaigns.
A change to future rewards does not retrospectively reduce a valid reward already granted under stated conditions unless correction is permitted because of fraud, error, invalid qualification or another applicable rule.
37. Changes to these Programme Terms
These Programme Terms are maintained as a version-controlled legal document.
IzziGo may update them where reasonably necessary because of:
- Programme changes;
- new reward types;
- changes to attribution;
- new fraud or abuse risks;
- changes to IzziGo services;
- legal or regulatory developments; or
- clarification of existing provisions.
Where a material change affects an active participant's contractual Programme relationship, IzziGo may provide notice and require acceptance of the current version before further Programme participation.
38. Programme availability
IzziGo may pause, limit or discontinue the Referrer Programme where reasonably necessary.
IzziGo does not guarantee that:
- new applications will always remain open;
- the same rewards will always be available;
- the Programme will operate in every country;
- every IzziGo service will accept Programme credit; or
- the Programme will remain available indefinitely.
Existing valid Programme benefits will be handled according to their applicable conditions and mandatory law.
39. No guaranteed commercial outcome
The Programme does not guarantee:
- referral conversions;
- a particular number of referred businesses;
- a particular amount of Programme credit;
- website traffic;
- business leads;
- bookings;
- sales;
- revenue; or
- another commercial result.
40. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Business Ltd. is not responsible for loss arising solely from:
- a referred person choosing not to register;
- a referral failing to satisfy the qualifying conditions;
- browser privacy settings preventing optional referral attribution;
- the participant submitting an incorrect referral code;
- third-party browser or device restrictions;
- fraudulent activity by the participant;
- an ineligible referred business; or
- failure to obtain a particular commercial result.
Nothing in these Programme Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
41. Governing law
These Programme Terms and the Programme relationship with Easy Business Ltd. are governed by the laws of Georgia.
This choice applies subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law that cannot validly be excluded by agreement.
42. Disputes and jurisdiction
The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve Programme disputes directly through IzziGo support.
If a dispute cannot be resolved, disputes arising from or relating to these Programme Terms shall be subject to the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, unless mandatory applicable law requires another forum or does not permit that jurisdiction agreement.
Nothing in this section removes a mandatory legal remedy that cannot validly be waived.
43. Entire Programme agreement
These Programme Terms apply together with:
- the IzziGo Terms of Use;
- the Business Terms & Listing Agreement where applicable;
- the particular reward or Programme offer displayed to the participant; and
- other conditions expressly identified as applying to that Programme activity.
If a specific Programme offer clearly states a particular reward, qualifying event, expiry or permitted use, that specific description applies to that reward unless prohibited by law.
44. Severability
If a provision of these Programme Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by applicable law.
45. Acceptance evidence
IzziGo records acceptance of these Programme Terms through its Legal & Compliance system where the Programme flow requires acceptance.
The acceptance evidence may include:
- the relevant user;
- the applicable Programme application;
- the accepted document version;
- the integrity hash of the published document;
- the acceptance flow; and
- the date and time of acceptance.
This information may be retained as reasonably necessary for contractual evidence, Programme administration, fraud prevention, security and legal accountability.
