Website Partner Programme Terms

Effective August 10, 2026

These Website Partner Programme Terms ("Programme Terms") govern participation in the IzziGo Website Partner Programme ("Programme") operated by Easy Business Ltd..

The Programme allows eligible businesses or organisations with an online presence to cooperate with IzziGo and, where approved, receive programme benefits offered by IzziGo.

These Programme Terms apply in addition to the IzziGo Terms of Use and, where the participant operates or manages an IzziGo business listing, the Business Terms & Listing Agreement.

By submitting a Programme application and accepting these Programme Terms, you confirm that you are authorised to act for the applicant and agree to comply with these Programme Terms.

1. Programme operator

The IzziGo Website Partner Programme is operated by:

2. Purpose of the Programme

The Programme is intended to create cooperation between IzziGo and suitable businesses, organisations, websites or other online partners that can contribute to authentic travel, cultural or local-business discovery.

Depending on the current Programme configuration, cooperation may involve:

  • linking to or mentioning IzziGo;
  • displaying an IzziGo partner reference, badge or other approved material;
  • promoting relevant IzziGo destination or discovery content;
  • participating in joint visibility or promotional activities;
  • receiving eligible IzziGo plan or visibility benefits; or
  • other cooperation expressly agreed by IzziGo.

Not every participant receives every type of benefit.

3. Eligibility

Participation is subject to approval by IzziGo.

Eligibility may depend on factors such as:

  • the applicant's relationship to a genuine business or organisation;
  • an active and suitable website or online presence;
  • relevance to travel, hospitality, culture, tourism, local services or another suitable IzziGo context;
  • quality and legitimacy of the applicant's online presence;
  • compliance with applicable law;
  • compliance with IzziGo Platform & Content Rules;
  • absence of material fraud or abuse concerns; and
  • other reasonable Programme criteria communicated by IzziGo.

Meeting an eligibility criterion does not create an automatic right to admission.

4. Application

An applicant must provide accurate information requested through the Programme application process.

This may include:

  • the relevant business or organisation;
  • website or online-presence information;
  • contact information;
  • the relationship between the applicant and the relevant business;
  • information necessary to assess eligibility; and
  • other reasonable information required for Programme administration.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

5. Authority to apply

The person submitting the application confirms that they have sufficient authority to apply on behalf of the relevant business or organisation.

You must not submit a Programme application:

  • for a business you are not authorised to represent;
  • using false information;
  • while impersonating another person or organisation; or
  • for the purpose of fraudulently obtaining Programme benefits.

IzziGo may request reasonable verification of authority or ownership.

6. Application review

IzziGo may review applications before approving participation.

An application may have a status such as:

  • requested;
  • waitlisted;
  • approved;
  • active;
  • warning;
  • suspended;
  • rejected; or
  • removed.

The precise internal status terminology may evolve as Programme administration develops.

IzziGo may request additional information before making a decision.

7. Approval and activation

A participant becomes entitled to Programme benefits only when IzziGo has approved the application and any relevant activation requirements have been completed.

Acceptance of these Programme Terms alone does not guarantee:

  • approval;
  • activation;
  • a paid plan;
  • a visibility benefit;
  • a particular promotional placement; or
  • any other Programme reward.

Any specific benefit granted by IzziGo will be communicated through the applicable Programme interface, business account, notice or other Programme communication.

8. Partner website requirements

Where participation requires the partner to maintain a website placement, link, badge, mention or other online reference, the participant must keep that requirement satisfied for the period in which the related Programme benefit depends on it.

The required placement should:

  • be genuine and not deceptive;
  • be accessible through the website or online property approved for the Programme;
  • use approved IzziGo branding or wording where supplied;
  • not misrepresent the relationship between the partner and IzziGo;
  • not imply ownership, certification or endorsement beyond the actual Programme relationship; and
  • comply with applicable law and the participant's own platform obligations.

If IzziGo requires a particular technical or presentation format for a Programme campaign, that requirement will be communicated to the participant.

9. Use of IzziGo branding

An active participant may use IzziGo logos, badges or Programme materials supplied by IzziGo only for purposes connected with the Programme and according to any accompanying instructions.

Programme participation does not transfer ownership of:

  • the IzziGo name;
  • IzziGo logos;
  • IzziGo trademarks;
  • design assets;
  • website content; or
  • other Easy Business Ltd. intellectual property.

You must not alter IzziGo branding in a misleading manner or register confusingly similar trademarks, domains or identities.

10. Partner branding and materials

Where a participant provides its business name, logo, website information, photographs or other material for Programme presentation, the participant confirms that it has the necessary rights to provide that material.

The participant grants Easy Business Ltd. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, technically adapt and display those materials to the extent reasonably necessary to:

  • administer the Programme;
  • identify the partner;
  • display Programme participation;
  • promote the partnership;
  • promote IzziGo and participating partners through IzziGo channels; and
  • create reasonable Programme communications and promotional material.

The participant retains ownership of its materials.

11. Programme benefits

IzziGo may offer benefits such as:

  • a business plan entitlement;
  • temporary plan access;
  • visibility or promotional benefits;
  • credits;
  • partner recognition;
  • campaign participation; or
  • another benefit expressly offered by IzziGo.

The applicable benefit, duration and any relevant conditions are those communicated for the participant or Programme offer.

IzziGo is not required to provide every participant with the same benefit where different Programme arrangements, campaigns or eligibility levels apply.

12. No cash payment

Unless IzziGo expressly enters into a separate written agreement stating otherwise, the Website Partner Programme does not create a right to cash payment, salary, commission or financial remuneration.

Programme benefits are normally provided as IzziGo services, plan entitlements, visibility benefits, credits or other non-cash Programme benefits.

A non-cash Programme benefit cannot be exchanged for cash unless IzziGo expressly states otherwise.

13. No automatic renewal or permanent entitlement

A Programme benefit is available only for the duration or conditions applicable to that benefit.

Receiving a Pro Plan, visibility benefit or another entitlement through the Programme does not automatically create a permanent right to that benefit.

When a Programme entitlement expires or participation ends, the business may revert to the normal plan or visibility status applicable to it.

Programme-granted paid-plan access does not automatically create a paid renewal or automatic charge.

14. No guaranteed commercial results

Participation in the Programme does not guarantee:

  • website traffic;
  • search-engine ranking;
  • IzziGo ranking;
  • profile views;
  • clicks;
  • traveler inquiries;
  • bookings;
  • sales;
  • revenue;
  • social-media reach; or
  • any other particular commercial result.

Programme visibility is promotional in nature and actual results depend on circumstances outside IzziGo's control.

15. Search engines and independent third parties

Neither party controls independent search engines, social networks or other third-party platforms.

Programme participation does not guarantee any result on Google or another search engine or external platform.

Participants remain responsible for ensuring that their own website practices comply with rules and obligations applicable to them.

16. Accuracy and maintenance

A participant must keep material Programme information reasonably accurate.

You should notify IzziGo if:

  • you cease to represent the relevant business;
  • the approved website is no longer controlled by the participant;
  • the relevant business closes;
  • the Programme placement has been permanently removed;
  • the website materially changes in a way relevant to Programme eligibility; or
  • other important eligibility information becomes inaccurate.

17. Programme monitoring and verification

IzziGo may periodically verify whether an active participant continues to satisfy applicable Programme requirements.

Verification may include reviewing:

  • the approved website or online property;
  • the agreed Programme placement;
  • the business's IzziGo status;
  • Programme benefit eligibility;
  • reported abuse or compliance concerns; and
  • other information reasonably necessary for Programme administration.

Verification does not mean that IzziGo continuously monitors every partner website.

18. Warning status

Where an issue appears capable of correction, IzziGo may issue a warning instead of immediately suspending or removing the participant.

A warning may request actions such as:

  • restoring a required Programme placement;
  • correcting misleading wording;
  • updating inaccurate information;
  • removing unauthorised branding;
  • correcting a Programme-rule violation; or
  • providing requested verification.

Failure to resolve a material warning may result in suspension or removal.

19. Suspension

IzziGo may suspend Programme participation where reasonably necessary because of:

  • failure to satisfy Programme requirements;
  • materially inaccurate application information;
  • removal of a required Programme placement;
  • misuse of IzziGo branding;
  • fraud or attempted abuse;
  • breach of these Programme Terms;
  • breach of applicable IzziGo Platform & Content Rules;
  • a security concern;
  • a rights complaint;
  • a legal requirement; or
  • another material eligibility problem.

During suspension, Programme benefits may be paused or withdrawn where appropriate.

20. Removal from the Programme

IzziGo may remove a participant from the Programme where:

  • a serious violation occurs;
  • a material problem is not corrected;
  • the participant is no longer eligible;
  • the participant ceases to operate the approved website or business;
  • the relationship is being used deceptively;
  • there is fraud or deliberate Programme abuse;
  • continued participation creates a legal or security risk; or
  • IzziGo lawfully ends the relevant Programme arrangement.

Removal from the Website Partner Programme does not automatically require removal of an otherwise eligible ordinary IzziGo business listing.

21. Effect of suspension or removal on benefits

Where a Programme benefit depends on active Programme participation, the benefit may end when the participant is suspended, removed or no longer eligible.

This can include termination or expiry of:

  • Programme-granted plan access;
  • visibility benefits;
  • partner recognition;
  • credits that have not become irrevocably earned under an express Programme offer; or
  • other benefits tied to active Programme status.

Any benefit already separately purchased and paid for by the business remains governed by the terms applicable to that purchase and is not automatically cancelled merely because Programme participation ends.

22. Voluntary withdrawal by the participant

A participant may stop participating in the Programme by contacting IzziGo or using an available Programme control.

When participation ends, the participant should remove IzziGo Programme branding or placements that would falsely imply that the partnership remains active.

Programme benefits tied to active participation may end when withdrawal takes effect.

23. Fraud and Programme abuse

Participants must not:

  • create fake websites to obtain benefits;
  • submit false applications;
  • impersonate businesses;
  • manipulate Programme verification;
  • sell or transfer Programme benefits without permission;
  • create misleading partner placements;
  • misrepresent Programme status;
  • use IzziGo trademarks deceptively; or
  • otherwise manipulate the Programme for an unintended benefit.

Serious fraud or abuse may result in immediate removal and withdrawal of Programme-generated benefits.

24. Relationship between the parties

Programme participation does not create:

  • an employment relationship;
  • a joint venture;
  • a franchise;
  • a general partnership;
  • a commercial agency relationship;
  • authority for one party to enter into contracts for the other; or
  • an ownership interest in either party.

Each participant remains an independent business or organisation.

25. Taxes and participant obligations

Each participant remains responsible for its own legal, accounting and tax obligations arising from its activities.

If applicable law requires a participant to account for a Programme benefit in a particular way, that responsibility remains with the participant except where Easy Business Ltd. has a separate legal obligation.

26. Privacy

Easy Business Ltd. processes personal data relating to Programme applicants and participants for purposes such as:

  • application review;
  • Programme administration;
  • eligibility verification;
  • communications;
  • benefit administration;
  • fraud prevention;
  • complaint handling; and
  • legal or contractual record keeping.

Accepting these Programme Terms does not automatically constitute consent to optional promotional marketing.

27. Programme communications

IzziGo may send essential communications concerning:

  • the application;
  • eligibility;
  • approval;
  • activation;
  • Programme requirements;
  • warnings;
  • suspension;
  • benefits;
  • changes requiring action;
  • removal; and
  • other matters necessary to administer participation.

These Programme-administration communications are separate from optional promotional marketing.

28. Platform Rules

Programme participants remain subject to the Platform & Content Rules.

Participation or receipt of a Programme benefit does not exempt a business from normal listing, content, moderation or platform-integrity requirements.

29. Ranking and visibility

If a Programme benefit includes promotional visibility, that influence is limited to the relevant feature and duration.

Programme status does not guarantee a particular search or map position.

30. Decisions and appeals

Where an eligible Programme decision is subject to IzziGo's governance appeal process, the participant may use:

Depending on the circumstances, an appeal outcome may uphold, modify or reverse the original decision.

Use of IzziGo's internal process does not remove any mandatory remedy that may otherwise be available under applicable law.

31. Changes to the Programme

IzziGo may develop or modify the Website Partner Programme over time.

This may include changes to:

  • eligibility criteria;
  • available benefits;
  • Programme features;
  • application processes;
  • technical requirements;
  • partner materials; or
  • Programme availability.

A change does not retrospectively create a cash payment or other benefit that was not part of the participant's applicable Programme arrangement.

32. Changes to these Programme Terms

These Programme Terms are maintained as a version-controlled legal document.

IzziGo may update them where reasonably necessary because of:

  • Programme changes;
  • new benefits;
  • new abuse or security risks;
  • changes to IzziGo services;
  • legal or regulatory developments; or
  • clarification of existing requirements.

Where a material change affects an existing participant's contractual Programme relationship, IzziGo may provide notice and may require acceptance of the current version before continued Programme actions or benefits.

33. Availability of the Programme

IzziGo does not guarantee that the Website Partner Programme will remain permanently open to new applications or that every Programme feature will remain available indefinitely.

IzziGo may pause applications, limit availability or discontinue the Programme where reasonably necessary.

Where an active participant is materially affected, we will handle existing Programme relationships reasonably and subject to applicable contractual and mandatory legal requirements.

34. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Business Ltd. is not responsible for losses arising solely from:

  • failure to obtain a particular commercial result from Programme participation;
  • changes made independently by search engines or social platforms;
  • loss of eligibility caused by the participant's own failure to satisfy Programme requirements;
  • inaccurate information supplied by the participant; or
  • third-party website outages or changes outside IzziGo's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Programme Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

35. Governing law

These Programme Terms and the Programme relationship with Easy Business Ltd. are governed by the laws of Georgia.

This choice applies subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law that cannot validly be excluded by agreement.

36. Disputes and jurisdiction

The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve Programme disputes directly through IzziGo support.

If the matter cannot be resolved, disputes arising from or relating to these Programme Terms shall be subject to the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, unless mandatory applicable law requires another forum or does not permit that jurisdiction agreement.

Nothing in this section removes a mandatory legal remedy that cannot validly be waived.

37. Entire Programme agreement

These Programme Terms apply together with:

If a specific Programme offer clearly provides a particular benefit, duration or requirement, that specific description applies to that Programme benefit unless prohibited by applicable law.

38. Severability

If a provision of these Programme Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by applicable law.

39. Acceptance evidence

IzziGo may record acceptance of these Programme Terms through its Legal & Compliance system.

The acceptance evidence may include:

  • the relevant user;
  • the associated business;
  • the Programme application;
  • the accepted document version;
  • the integrity hash of the published document;
  • the acceptance flow; and
  • the date and time of acceptance.

This information may be retained as reasonably necessary for contractual, security, programme-administration and legal-accountability purposes.
